Job Description:
As Sales Leader, you are responsible for strategic design of sales strategy and market health; along with driving business development initiatives, leading the strategic planning process, and implementing an effective investment/opportunity process across North America. We are looking for an experienced business development executive to help drive revenue growth through the development of new business lines, properly evolving existing partner relationships, and expanding our partner network. This leader will make a significant impact from day one and will work closely with the CEO.

Job Responsibilities
Generates new business by achieving or exceeding annual quota.
• Manages and generates strong pipeline through prospecting and collaboration with Sales and/or Marketing.
• Attends trade shows and/or works with Inside Sales and Marketing to identify new leads/opportunities.
• Leverages up-to-date industry knowledge, trends, compliance, and relevant marketing content to increase
the effectiveness of CSI’s value presentation to increase close ratios.
• Stays abreast of industry trends for prospective engagement purposes.
• Collaborates with various groups such as Marketing to increase the CSI brand awareness within assigned territory, Sales or current client base for revenue exploration and opportunities.

Educational Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Economics, field; MBA degree desired
• Minimum 8+ years in depth sales, general management, business development in the analytics industry.
• Strong eye for business and a consistent track record to develop and manage relationships with key
business partners and customers positively impacting business growth.
• Consistent record of optimally driving large scale initiatives from a business and cultural standpoint.
• You are a strategic and analytical thinker who understands technology, financial markets, and strategy
development.
• Proven record of achieving targets and driving revenue in a high-growth, rapidly evolving organization.
